Examined HOB Mixer unit Hobart h-600 s/n 1515684 - found machine not wired from disconnect properly, rewired and phased out unit and tested , unit up and running.

examined Broiler unit, found off and cool. turned on and heated, after a few minutes, front belt breaker tripped. Breaker would buzz and not trip then trip after a few minutes. Breaker should trip immediately. Motor resistance too high, causing circuit breaker to trip. Will need motor and circuit breaker replaced in addition to previous quoted work. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

Found Broiler front motor shorted, replaced with used one in office, resistance is 96ohm instead of 52. Screw where speed control relay gives out 120v won't lift, corroded. stuck wire right in relay hole, it's spring loaded. Unit works at this moment. quote for front motor and relay socket. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

Examined Grill unit, far right pilot out. Lit pilot and adjusted, should not be big and yellow. Noticed far right burner would not come out of bypass. Tried turning up to max, would not still. Attempted to adjust thermostat behind knob using screw, would not get any larger. Unit needs thermostat. Note: quoting additional repairs, closing out this work order.

Found the Reach-In Cooler unit on and working. Allowed the unit to run for awhile. Noted that the compressor came right on when plugged in. Found the display went into a defrost and the compressor stayed on. Tapped the relay on the control board for the compressor and the compressor shut off. The compressor did come back on after the defrost cycle. Need one MDLSC Carel controller. Made some phone calls to try to pick up locally. Could not. Need one MDLSC Carel controller. Part identified by the manufacturer. 2/21/20 Removed defective temperature control, installed new temperature control, removed defective relay board, installed new relay board, turned on unit, allowed unit to cool, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.

Examined unit. Incoming gas line red tagged by UGI. Turned on and hose is leaking. Replaced with Dormont line. Tested and found no leaks. Turned fryer on and tested all okay. 8 more hoses are starting to shrink exposing wire braid. Advised customer these will probably start leaking as well.

Found extension cord melted with plug. Advised to not use extension cord or use a better one. Will return to replace plug end. Everything in control panel looks good, elements tested good. 5-26-17 Returned, removed and replaced plug. Tested, unit heating. Tested good. Note: customer should not use extension cord with unit.

Examined unit. Checked all wires for wear and burns. All good. checked inside box with heat and humidity elements and found axial fan burnt. Connection burnt as well. Will order part for repair. Note: Left unit unplugged and advised. 3-24-17 Replaced fan in unit. When doing so bulb broke off thermostat for air heat. Made temporary repairs to get customer in service. 4-10-17 Disassembled and found new control looked different than the existing one. Called Hatco to confirm I had the correct one. Replaced thermostat, filled with water and tested. Both air and humidity controls work. Reassembled.

Examined unit. Found primary switch bad. Replaced switch. Tested good.

Removed product tray. Opened cover on motor and element ohmed out. Element and hi limit both ok. Hooked back up and tested. Blower working. Drawing .0 amp. customer said works sometimes. Will order new hi limit. Old one probably weak. 2-20-17 Examined unit. Removed and replaced limit. Tested good.

Removed and replaced 2 mags, 2 guides, 2 covers and transformer. Tested. 15.5amps 208v.

Wok Induction Unit Tech - Examined unit. Green handle is not regulating water flow properly. Handle is loose on shut off stem. Screw threads on stem also stripped. Can not tighten handle back onto shut off. Unit has secondary shut off to use. Opened broken shut off. Customer to shut off from second valve, replaced water valve and tested. Tested good

MEIKO DISHWASHER Tech - Examined unit. Found on sitting idle. No 202 displayed. Turned unit off, power off. Accessed booster tank, removed and replaced air pressure switch. Checked incoming water ok. Drained and filled unit. Ran unit thru several cycles, no error 202.

MIddleby Conveyor Oven Tech - Examined bottom oven. Found 3 set screws loose, 1 missing. Tightened up loose screws, both conveyors working. Had bad sag in back. Roller chains loose. Motors out of alignment. Flex on inbound shaft. Will quote on conveyor replacement.
